1. About This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Finvy Budget LLC ("Finvy," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and retains information through the GoFinvy.com corporate website (the "Website").

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website, including its Contact form and Request a Demo form.

2. The Website and Separate Finvy Products

The Website provides information about Finvy and the Finvy experiences, including Finvy Smart Budgeting, Finvy Life Simulator, Financial Readiness, Financial Labs and Organizational Impact Reporting. It also helps visitors contact Finvy and request a demo.

The Website does not provide those product experiences itself. You cannot create a product account, use budgeting tools, take part in simulations or assessments, connect a financial account or view organizational reports on the Website. Those experiences take place within separate Finvy products and programs.

Finvy products, programs and organizational relationships may be governed by their own privacy policies, terms, subscription terms, contracts or organizational agreements. This Privacy Policy does not replace or override those separate documents. If a separate document applies to a Finvy product, program or relationship, that document governs it.

• your role or title (required)
• your organization type, chosen from a list (required)
• the approximate number of people your organization serves, chosen from a range (required)
• the Finvy experiences you are interested in (required)
• your implementation timing, chosen from a list (required)
• an estimated budget range (optional)
• your questions or goals (optional)
• your confirmation that you understand how Finvy will use the information you provide (required)

Information collected with form submissions

When you submit either form, we also receive limited information needed to operate and protect the form. This includes a randomly generated submission reference, a general description of how you reached the form (for example, whether you arrived directly or from the Website's organizations menu), and a security verification result from Cloudflare Turnstile.

Technical information

Like most websites, the Website's hosting provider receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. On the Contact and Request a Demo pages, Cloudflare Turnstile also processes information about your browser and device to help determine whether a submission comes from a person or an automated program.

Information we do not collect through the Website

The Website does not create user accounts, process payments or connect to financial accounts.

4. Information You Should Not Submit

Please do not include account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or other sensitive financial information in any form on the Website. The forms are designed for business inquiries and demo requests only.

5. How We Use Information

We use information submitted through the Contact and Request a Demo forms to:

• respond to your specific inquiry or request
• provide information you request
• coordinate and conduct a demo you request
• provide relevant follow up related to your inquiry
• respond to product support inquiries
• discuss a partnership, sponsorship or organizational opportunity you initiate through the form
• maintain appropriate records of our communication with you, or of a prospective or existing business relationship

Follow up remains reasonably connected to your request or to the business conversation that results from it.

We also use information as needed to operate, maintain and secure the Website, to protect the forms from spam and abuse, and to meet the purposes described in Section 9.

Uses we do not make of form information

Submitting the Contact or Request a Demo form does not:

• enroll you in a newsletter
• add you to unrelated promotional email campaigns
• authorize Finvy to use your information for unrelated marketing purposes

6. Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the Website and the forms. They process information as necessary to provide their services to Finvy and in accordance with their own terms and policies. Our current service providers include:

• Vercel, which hosts the Website and processes form submissions on its servers.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps protect the Contact and Request a Demo forms from bots and abuse.
• Resend, which delivers transactional email. When you submit a form, Resend delivers a notification containing your submission to Finvy and a confirmation email to the address you provide.
• Email service providers, which Finvy uses to receive and manage business communications, including form notifications.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website does not currently use cookies set by Finvy, Finvy operated website analytics, advertising pixels or behavioral advertising technology.

Cloudflare Turnstile operates on the Contact and Request a Demo pages as security and abuse prevention technology. Cloudflare processes information for that purpose under its own privacy terms, which are available from Cloudflare.

If Finvy materially changes these practices, we may update this Privacy Policy as described in Section 15.

8. Selling and Targeted Advertising

Finvy does not sell personal information submitted through the Website.

Finvy does not share information submitted through the Website for targeted advertising.

9. How Information May Be Disclosed

We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to:

• service providers acting on Finvy's behalf, as described in Section 6
• comply with law, legal process or governmental requests
• investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents
• protect Finvy, its users, visitors, rights, property or safety
• enforce applicable agreements
• support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law

A business transaction disclosure does not permit unrelated marketing or the sale of form information as a standalone commercial product.

10. How Long We Keep Information

Finvy retains information submitted through the Contact and Request a Demo forms for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• respond to inquiries and requests
• manage prospective or existing business relationships
• maintain appropriate business records
• comply with legal or regulatory obligations
• resolve disputes
• address fraud, abuse or security matters
• enforce agreements
• protect Finvy's rights

How long we keep information may vary depending on the nature of the information and the reason it is being retained. Keeping information for these purposes does not expand the ways we use it, as described in Section 5. Our service providers handle information according to their own terms and policies.

11. Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information submitted through the Website. These include validating form submissions on our servers, using bot and abuse protection, sending information to our service providers over encrypted connections, and limiting the information our application records in its logs.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information.

12. Children and Minors

The Website's Contact and Request a Demo forms are intended for adults and organizational representatives. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the Website, please contact us at the address in Section 16.

Separate Finvy products and organizational programs may serve students and younger participants through schools, organizations or other appropriate program structures. Those products and programs are governed by their own documents, as described in Section 2.

13. Third Party Websites and Separate Finvy Products

The Website contains links to other websites, including separate Finvy product websites. When you leave the Website, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. Information you provide to another website or to a separate Finvy product is governed by the privacy policy and terms of that website or product.

14. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted through the Website. We may need to verify your request, and in some cases we may need to keep certain information for the purposes described in Section 10.

Visitors outside the United States

Finvy and the Website are primarily directed toward users and organizations in the United States. If you visit the Website from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including if Finvy materially changes its data practices. When we do, we will post the updated policy on the Website and revise the effective date above.
